Describe organization SCIM configuration

GET 
/orgs/:orgId/scim/config

Retrieves the SCIM configuration of the organization identified by the given orgId: the SCIM endpoint URL, the active bearer token's metadata, the number of IdP groups, and whether SSO is active. Requires the organization:read permission. Available to Seqera Cloud Pro organizations with active single sign-on (SSO), and on Seqera Enterprise.
