Compatibility catalog

The component compatibility catalog lists the published versions of the components that Seqera Platform works with, and each component's default version.

Use these endpoints to list catalog versions, optionally filtered by component version, and to list the versions of a single component.

platform	string	query	Optional	Comma-separated list of Seqera Platform versions or version series prefixes, such as 26.1. Returns only versions compatible with at least one of them.
nextflow	string	query	Optional	Comma-separated list of Nextflow versions or version series prefixes, such as 25.04. Returns only versions compatible with at least one of them.
fusion	string	query	Optional	Comma-separated list of Fusion versions or version series prefixes, such as 2.5. Returns only versions compatible with at least one of them.
sched	string	query	Optional	Comma-separated list of Scheduler versions or version series prefixes. Returns only versions compatible with at least one of them.
wave	string	query	Optional	Comma-separated list of Wave versions or version series prefixes. Returns only versions compatible with at least one of them.
key	string	path	Required	Catalog component key, such as nextflow or fusion.
component	string	query	Optional	Catalog component key to list versions for, such as nextflow or fusion. If omitted, lists the versions of all components.
