List service account secrets

GET 
/orgs/:orgId/service-accounts/:saId/secrets

Lists the client secrets of the service account identified by the given saId: live secrets first, soonest expiry first, then secrets that expired or were revoked in the last 30 days, most recently ended first. Returns at most 10 secrets. Secret values are never returned. Available only when service account credentials are enabled for the organization; otherwise returns 404. Requires the organization:write permission.
