Manage pipeline version

PUT 
/pipelines/:pipelineId/versions/:versionId/manage

Updates a pipeline version's name and/or marks it as the default version. When setting a version as default, any previously default version is automatically unset. Version names cannot be changed if the version is already referenced by workflow runs.
