Feature updates and improvements

Azure

• Added support for authenticating with Azure Managed Identities. System-assigned managed identities need no configuration. For a user-assigned managed identity, set FUSION_AZ_MSI_CLIENT_ID to its client ID or FUSION_AZ_MSI_RESOURCE_STRING to its resource ID.

General

• Added the -o command-line option to pass extra FUSE mount options as a comma-separated list, such as -o allow_other,default_permissions.
