List catalog component versions

GET 
/catalog/components/:key/versions

Lists the published versions of the catalog component identified by the given key, and returns the component's default version. Yanked versions are excluded. Accepts the same component version query parameters as GET /catalog/versions. Returns 400 for unknown query parameters or malformed version expressions, and 404 if key is not a catalog component.
