List catalog versions

Lists the published versions in the component compatibility catalog. Yanked versions are excluded. Use component to list the versions of a single component, which also returns that component's default version. Add a component version query parameter, such as ?fusion=2.5, to list only the versions compatible with it. Each version parameter accepts a comma-separated list of exact versions or version series prefixes: a listed version must be compatible with at least one value of every parameter. A parameter for a component that has no compatibility rules with a listed version does not filter it. The response also reports the source of the catalog data and the deployed Platform, Wave, and Scheduler versions. Returns 400 for unknown query parameters or malformed version expressions, and 404 if component is not a catalog component.
