Update workspace lineage settings

PUT 
/orgs/:orgId/workspaces/:workspaceId/settings/lineage

Updates the lineage settings of the workspace identified by the given workspaceId. credentialsId and region are always required. In MANUAL provisioning mode, storeName and topicArn are also required. In AUTO provisioning mode, Platform provisions the lineage bucket and event delivery in the background. Requires the workspace owner or admin role, or the organization owner role.
