General updates and improvements​

  • Studios
    • Added environment variables component in Studios' General config screen.
  • Added support for dynamic resource labels to propagate Platform run IDs and Nextflow session IDs to cloud resources spawned at runtime.
  • Sidebar navigation is now enabled in both user and workspace environments by default.
  • Added a checkbox to Seqera Compute environment Advanced settings to enable an Automatic Data Retention Policy.
  • The list of available AWS Cloud instance types is now sorted alphabetically.
  • Added GPU-enabled instances to Google Cloud.
